More Than a Job

Spencer Contracting Company

I enjoy being a part of projects that make a real difference in the community. It’s rewarding to see our work improve the roads and infrastructure people rely on every day. I started with Spencer Contracting through Laborers Local 110, and what began as an opportunity grew into a long-term career in the concrete and asphalt industry. Spencer Contracting gave me the chance to grow from the field all the way up to a superintendent role, and that kind of support and opportunity is what makes this a great place to work.
